Kamayan, also known as boodle fight, is a traditional Filipino-style communal feast shared by family and friends.

At their new restaurant in Buford Highway's Asian Square, Mia Orino and Carlo Gan serve a regular a la carte menu most nights of the week, in addition to hosting regular kamayan-style meals—the ones their pop-up made famous.

Full of Filipino flavours—sweet, salty, sour and ridiculously delicious—these buffet-style, communal feasts take grilling to a whole new level.

Kamayan in Tagalog translates to “by hand,” and describes the method of eating with your hands.
