Burrata pasta is one of my all-time favorite dishes. This is a sun dried tomato pesto pasta with burrata on top– takes a few minutes to make, but tastes out of this world delicious! The pesto coats the pasta with flavor, and the burrata cheese takes the dish to a whole new level!
