Neither are wrong, it just comes down to what you want to target.  To put it simply: Hamstrings 🟰 less bend in the knee Glutes 🟰 more bend in the knee  When trying to target the glutes, here’s a little trick that helped me get the feeling of ‘pushing my hips back’ in order to feel the stretch in my glutes. By trying to touch your bum to the pole, it forces you to push back, rather than just bend over.   Other cues I’m thinking about when I’m performing an RDL are: 1️⃣ Keep lats engaged. Luckily, the @movewithus app has me covered with their thousands of recipe inspo 🤤. What I ate this day: 💦 Electrolytes: - I do not have these everyday. Put your ego aside and go as slow as you need to build your aerobic base. You shouldn’t be absolutely wrecked after every run. This was a GAME CHANGER! 2️⃣ Run for time instead of distance.
