I love a theatre trip, so when London Box Office asked if I'd like to see e glitzy 42nd Street, the answer was definitely YES!

42nd Street is the classic musical, starring Ruby Keeler, Dick Powell, Ginger Rogers. "You're going out there a nobody, but coming back as a star!"

I shot the Victory Theater when 42nd Street was one of the seediest in New York--nothing but porn houses and theaters that showed bloody action films. Now, the street is almost genteel. Taken with a Deardorff 4x5, Kodak VPL, filtered.
