Packed with immune boosting ingredients, this quick and easy homemade pasta sauce is the perfect way to sneak a few more vegetables into your diet👏🏼. You will need 👇🏼 (serves 4) 🫑1 red bell pepper 🥕3 large carrots 🍅200g tomatoes 🥒 1 Large courgette / Zucchini 🧄 1 small bulb of garlic (or 2 tsp garlic granules) 🥄 A big drizzle of olive oil 🥄 1 tsp salt (add to your taste) 🥄 1 tsp pepper (add to your taste) 🥄 1 tbsp mixed herbs + 400ml oat milk or coconut milk or pasta water or single cream HOW TO👇🏼 Assemble as demonstrated in the video! I don’t have a big blender so I used my nutribullet and blended in batches. LISTEN UP 👇🏼 remember to squeeze out the garlic after cooking, you do not want to blend up the skin (gross!) 161K views · 31K reactions | GARLIC BREAD PASTA 🧄🍝 Ingredients: 2 whole head of garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound pasta 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter, plus 1 tbsp 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese + plus always extra to add when the dish is finished 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Roast the garlic: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil. Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown. Let cool slightly, then squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins. Cook the pasta until al dente Make the garlic butter: In a medium bowl, mash the roasted garlic with the softened butter, parsley, parm and s&p, you can add red pepper flakes for some heat. Toast the breadcrumbs: Heat a skillet over medium heat. melt 1 tbsp butter and add the breadcrumb mixture and toast, stirring frequently, until golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes). Recipe below: . Ingredients 400g cherry tomatoes 2 garlic bulbs 3tbsp olive oil 50g Parmesan Salt and pepper Burrata 300g pasta Fresh basil to serve . Method 1. Preheat oven to 190 C / 375 F. 2. Place tomatoes and garlic into an oven proof dish. Drizzle over the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 45 minutes. 3. While the tomatoes and garlic bake, cook your pasta very el Dante. Drain the pasta and reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 4. Allow the garlic to slightly cool then squeeze out the cloves. Place the tomatoes, garlic and burrata into a blender and blend until smooth. 5. Place back into the pan along with the pasta and slowly incorporate the pasta water and cheese. This may need to be done in batches and all the pasta water may not be needed. You can do this over a low heat if needed. 6.
