How to Dry Orange Slices
Slice your oranges into thin strips. Make sure that you cut the oranges crossways so you get the pretty segmented look. Blot with a paper towel or tea towel to remove excess juice. Place the slices onto a wire rack in your oven at 200°F for around 6 hours. Flip them and check on them every hour or two. Remove from oven and allow to dry overnight.
