You all know GLUTE day is my FAVORITE day of the week!! 🍑🔥 let me tell you… I was soo sore the next day after this workout! 🫢 LET’S DO THIS! 

WORKOUT: 3 rounds 
1) Staggered Box Squat- 12 reps each leg
2) Banded Hip Thrusts- 15 reps 
3) Crossbody RDL- 12 reps each leg
4) Lateral Lunges- 12 reps each leg 
5) Split Squat- 12 reps each leg (make sure all your weight is in the working leg, can use your back leg for stability if needed)

I started with my 6s and had to drop to my 3s (every round) but I absolutely loved the challenge-gave us some giggles too!  Take your time with it-grab a pair of medium dumbbells that challenge you but still allow you to maintain a good tempo without feeling completely exhausted afterward. Set your timer for 45 seconds (we did) or aim for 10 repetitions, repeating the set 3 times.
