They are definitely a petite or juniors fit. Structurally in great condition. There are areas of the seam that are broken as shown in photos but they are more of the decorative outer stitching down sides and at pockets. No stains or holes. I provided photos of measurements as well. I would recommend these for someone my height or under (5'4) the rise to top of bib is petite as well as the longest strap length. Please review measure
