Do what need to be done, rather than what you "feel like" doing. Training is doing just that. Setting out your schedule in advance to prepare for those inevitable times when you actually would rather not get out of bed or go out in the rain. It's then you need to think about your heros, the goals you set and think about what you will be most proud of when you are 80yrs old?
