Ingredients for crust: 250g chocolate butter cookies (or 250 g vanilla butter cookies & 1 tbs cacao powder) 150g melted butter (not hot) Grind the cookies into the small pieces or flour like texture. Mix with melted butter until all the crumbs are soaked and the texture is evenly buttered. Form the crust using a glass or hands and spatula (one half for bottom & one half for sides).
