Stop enabling

EnablingEnabling- even allowing someone to treat me disrespectfully. To ignore, dismiss, justify, excuse or minimize rude/aggressive/disempowering/denial based behaviors is not loving. There are ways to constructively address them. If those behaviors are still mistreated, by unhealthy responses, firmer boundaries are the most loving way to move forward.
