Avenue of the Baobabs
Between Morondava and Belo sur Tsiribinha in west Madagascar lies a dusty bit of road lined with majestic Baobab trees. At nearly 100 feet tall, these unique trees are endemic to Madagascar and are thought to be approximately 2,800 years old. The striking landscape known as Avenue of the Baobabs draws travelers from all over the world, making it one of the most visited locations in the region.
