Wednesday Wetland Wonder > Saltmarsh works like tropical mangrove swamps. It’s a buffer between land and sea that stores away more carbon than rainforest, saps power from stormy seas, nurtures wildlife, livestock and fish, and is some of the UK’s best loved coastal scenery.
