Channel Islands

Judith Onions DesRCA had already successfully restyled the shapes of the Cornish Ware range in 1968. Joined by Martin Hunt DesRCA together they designed an entirely new range. The success of Cornishware since 1923 gave Judith and Martin the idea of taking another area of Great Britain to give its name to a range of T G Green pottery. With five clear, bold designs they looked to the Channel Islands in the English Channel with Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm.
