I begin by praying and asking the Lord to speak to me through His Word. 2. Then I read a chapter once or twice. 3. At that point I grab a highlighter and highlight a verse that sparked some thoughts. 4. Then I write those thoughts in the journaling space and highlight my thoughts in the matching color with the verses I’m writing about.
