One-Pot Paryushan Paneer Rajma Rice Recipe  Ingredients - 1/2 tbsp Ghee - 1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds) - 3/4 cup Boiled Rajma (kidney beans) - 1/2 cup Paneer, cubed - 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Pav Bhaji masala - Salt, to taste - 1/4 cup Whisked curd - 1 cup Basmati rice, soaked - 2 cups Water - Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), for garnish  Method:  1. Heat Ghee:In a pan, heat the ghee and add jeera. Allow it to splutter.   2. Rajma Masala is a delicious flavoursome North Indian curry made by cooking kidney beans with a lip smacking gravy of tomatoes, onion, ginger & spices. The rajma recipe shared here is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and can be enjoyed with breads like naan, roti or rice (chawal).

This is one of the easiest, quickest yet so far the best Rajma recipe we have ever tried! Simply char the ingredients and make a gravy out of them! DEFINITELY A MUST TRY RECIPE🙈

Ingredients used are-
Overnight soaked Rajma- 1.5 cups
Water as required
Mustard oil- 2-3 Tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Pressure cook the rajma on low flame for 3-4 whistles!

Char the veggies-
Onion- 2 medium size
Garlic- 1/2 piece (we just need 5-6 cloves)
Small ginger (Adrak)
Green chillies- 2-3 pieces
Tomatoes- 3-4 pieces

Peel off the skin of all the ingredients and then grind them in a mixer!

Now in a handi or kadhai-
Oil- 2 Tbsp
Jeera (Cumin)- 1 Tsp
Khade masale- Tej patta- 1 pc, cinnamon stick- 1/2 piece,
