Pistachio Butter/paste 2 cups pistachios, raw unsalted Pinch of salt 1/2 cup powder sugar 1/4-1/2 neutral oil, like vegetable oil coconut oil Start blending the pistachios on high. You’ll notice that the pistachios will become powdered and grainy. Scraped down the sides and keep mixing. For a total of two minutes,. Then add the powdered sugar and the salt. Start adding the oil and depending on how thick you like to get you don’t have to add too much and if you want it thinner just add more oil. So I’ve been making these chocolate dusted almonds. With a whopping 21g per 100g and I eat ALOT of them 😂 Ingredients 400g almonds 1 and half dark chocolate bars 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp sea salt 2 tbsp cocoa powder Method: 1. Start by baking your almonds in the oven for 8-10 mins at 180C. 2. Bring a small amount of water to a boil in a pan and top with a bowl that fits on top of it. Make sure the water isn’t touching the base of the bowl. Add your chocolate to the bowl and stir until it melts. 3.
