Thankyou @convinoboard for this delectable recipe. Ingredients: 8oz brie cheese puff pastry sheet red & green apple cinnamon honey one egg (egg wash) fresh thyme (garnish) Heat oven to 400. Put your puff pastry on a baking sheet. Add slices of brie cheese in the middle with apple slices on top. Fold in the edges of your puff pastry sheet and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle on some cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown. Out of the oven drizzle on honey, more cinnamon and fresh thyme as a garnish. Cut and enjoy! Take them out of the freezer the night before you want them and let them sit in the fridge to thaw overnight. Bake off the thawed rolls the next day. You can also make the filling a couple days before you want to assemble these and just park in the fridge. Leftover filling can be used to make future rolls or to make lasagna or lasagna rolls . .
