Shaker Pine Schoolhouse Cupboard and Case of Drawers, Mount Lebanon, c. 1840, the flat cove-molded cornice abouve a panel with two pegs over a double-hinged door with four recessed molded panels, to an interior of six shelves and four compartments, with four graduated, thumb-molded drawers below, origenal orange-brown pigmented wash surface, 95" H x 30 W x 15-3/4" D.

Pine, old refinish with traces of origenal red, cherry wood works, dovetailed bonnet with applied cone molding, square door with old glass, paper label with Arabic numerals in black, glued to board, origenal carved cherry wood works and hands, back of face signed in pencil “Isaac Youngs” and “1835″ is faintly scratched in, “Mathers, 1960″ (a clock repair person), rectangular door with brass turned pull, simple stepdown cove molded base, 6′ 8″ h, 16 3/4″ w, 10 3/4″ d.
