Today we're going to look at a really fun D&D monster: The Brain in a Jar. I'm going to go through each edition and pull out the lore so we can get ideas on how to use this really weird, really cool monster. My favorite NPC in Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden is Veneranda - a brain in a jar connected to an animated suit of armor.
