This is a great example of Claudius’ actions and would have been good advice to King Hamlet before his brother poisoned him. This is relevant to Claudius because he killed King Hamlet just to obtain a spot on the throne. The part about betrayal never coming from your enemies is also very important as KIng Hamlet didn’t expect such betrayal from his own brother.
