- 1 apple, cut up
- 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar-free Cool Whip
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sugar-free strawberry jelly
- Dash of cinnamon
- A splash of vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Place the cut-up apple in a container.
2. Add the Greek yogurt, Cool Whip, peanut butter, jelly, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
3. Shake well until everything is mixed together.
4. Enjoy!
