Grandson poem is for the grandson that has always owned your heart.

This poem was inspired by the busyness of motherhood. It’s written from the child’s perspective as a gentle plea to slow down and steward their little hearts while they are still in our care.

When we practise the art of listening, we say to that person, “You matter. I’m interested in you.” and that’s why it is so important for parents to work on the art of listening – listening is one of the most loving, respectful things we can do for someone.
