I found one club size zucchini in the raised bed, and read that the large ones are best for baking, or sweet, type recipes. Someone said the smaller ones taste more fresh, or greener? Don't know, but sounds good to me... These Fried Zapples are a nice side dish for ham or pork. As the name implies, it's a wink and nod to cooked apples with cinnamon and sugar.
