Soak all of your ingredients listed underREHYDRATE with hot water for 10-15 minutes.- Then drain under cold water & cut into smaller pieces using scissors2. Combine all of your ingredients listed underINGREDIENT FILLING.3. Once your filling is ready, you're ready to roll4. Wet rice paper with cold water on both sides- Then pat off any excess water, on both sides- Add some filling to the middle- And roll according to the video- NOTE: do not let the egg rolls touch each other. You don't want to make the spring roll salty because you're going to have dipping sauce. You can dip it with sweet twist sauce or you can dip it with sweet chili sauce. So, use your hand to dip to the bottom, lift it up, and then you can squeeze it on top like this and then After, dick it again. Pull the bottom up. And then squeeze the top It may take you quite some time. Maybe five to seven minutes until everything well combined. So this way the flavor can spread evenly. It take quite some time to mix because it's a lot. After that the meat texture is sticky enough and I confident that I mix it well. And some of the noodle they're still long. You can cut through the meat. Like that. Okay. No it's going to hide as you roll everything all the way. I like to use egg white to seal the spring roll. Fry them on heat 375 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Okay here oh.
