EATS by Sarah | Food Blogger on Instagram: "GREEK CHICKEN & POTATOES Ingredients: Bone-in Chicken Thighs Gold Potatoes 10 cloves garlic 1/4 c. Olive oil 3 lemons, juiced 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 c. Chicken stock or water Salt Trader Joe’s onion salt (or oregano and onion or garlic powder) Directions: Season chicken thighs with salt and spices and add to an oven safe baking dish. Cut potatoes in half and season with 2 tbs. Olive oil, salt, spices and 4 crushed garlic cloves. Mix everything together and add to the baking dish, pouring the leftover oil on top of the chicken. Make a sauce using lemon juice, remaining 2 tbs. Olive oil and Dijon mustard. Pour over the chicken and potatoes. Then add chicken stock to the bottom of the pan (don’t add it on top so that you don’t wash off
