A rare clip it was my grandmothers mother's, it is a scarf clip adorned with green, red, Amber, and blue glass stones, these are all set on an intricate metal base, it has flowers in metal, it is unsigned so difficult to date but I would estimate it to be around late 1920's late 1930's of course it is possible that it could be older but judging by the design of the clip about 1930's. On my limited research it looks like to could be Czech which would go with the 1930's. The metal is a little dull
