Goodies Channel on Instagram: "POTATOES MILLE FEUILLE GRATIN 💛 Ingredients: 7 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced For the sauce: 100 grams of melted butter, 5 eggs, teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 cup chopped chives, 1/4 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs, 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream or table cream teaspoon of crushed garlic, sprinkle with 100 grams of grated parmesan. The preparation: Heat the oven to 400F or air fryer 355 Arrange the potatoes in the oven tray. Sprinkle with chopped chives, Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour evenly over the potatoes.
