The healing way of Shinrin-yoku, the medicine of simply being in the forest, is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing."

The forest is amplified by the nature megaphone at the Boyd B. Banwell Nature Preserve. Installed earlier this spring, the giant wooden megaphone brings the sound of the forest alive, as several people can sit inside of the construction and immerse themselves in the noise of nature.
