This is a current and ongoing search for medieval foods that can be eaten by hand or are easily made at camping events. Easy medieval finger foods include bread, apples, hard boiled eggs, tarts filled with meat, cheese or fruit (or a combo of these), and other small food items. These camping recipes can be made with relatively few ingredients, 1-2 pots, no food processor, and their ingredients can be kept in camp coolers.
