Mobility will be your best friend 🤝🏼   Focus on releasing areas of tension like upper back and hips with pelvic floor relaxation (opening up all levels of the pelvis), hip and thoracic mobility, internal rotation, and asymmetrical movements. These are some of my faves during the third trimester!  They’re also great for birth prep!
