Crow hat costume. Wizard of Oz crow costumes. Easy to make. Purchase black baseball hats from Joann Fabrics ($2.49/each), 1 orange & 1 white foam pieces, large googly eyes. Cut white foam into large tear drop shapes, glue into hat, glue googly eyes in the center. Cut out beak from orange foam sheet. 1 large sheet makes 2 beaks.
