Ingredients Cake: 2½ cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup butter, 1¾ cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup milk. Frosting: 2 cups butter, 6 cups powdered sugar, 3-4 tbsp cream, 1 tsp vanilla. Decor: Black fondant (nose/eyes), white frosting for fur. Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 2-3 stacked cakes in round pans. Cool completely. Mix dry ingredients. Beat butter, sugar; add eggs, vanilla. Combine with milk, dry mix. Bake 30-35 mins. Beat butter, sugar, cream, vanilla for frosting. Pipe with star tip to mimic fur. Sculpt stacked cakes into a cube, using frosting between layers. Carve to shape ears. Cover with piped frosting "fur." Add fondant eyes/nose. Chill and serve!
