Three cloves garlic, one small salad to choose 3 lemons, one half cup olive oil, one cup fresh spinach, one cup dill, one cup fresh chives, one green onion, one third cup nutritional yeast, one cup raw cashews, and 1 teaspoon of salt. That my friend is the base of a delicious ranch dressing. So good. Not to mention the fact that there is so much nutrient dense deliciousness in that dressing that you don't need anything else. So you guessed it. I'm using iceberg as a base because that is freaking delicious. And you could tell me it's not nutrient dense. And I don't even care because the dressing is. I'm going to add it to my iceberg and look at how beautiful that is. It's already so pretty. My heaven.

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cook cavatappi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Combine all three shredded cheeses in a bowl and divide half into another bowl. Set aside.
