So it took 27 minutes to find a parking spot on campus today, but as a result of the long walk from the car I found this red-tailed hawk feather. According to the internet, it is a federal crime to posses one of these bad boys (strict liability, no intent necessary!) so this is a photo of it OUTSIDE - WHERE I LEFT IT OFFICERS.
