For the spread:- 1 8 oz. container of cream cheese- 1 Tbsp. chopped dill.- 2 Tbsp. of Pickled Pink Onion Brine.- Salt and pepper to taste.Mix well and serve with toasted everything bagels, salmon lox, tomatoes, capers, and pickled pink onions.
