You can consider it one of my hobbies. Ingredients: • 40 dumpling wrappers • 400g minced pork (14 oz) • 1 tbsp ginger, minced • 4 garlic cloves, peeled & minced • 3 spring onions, cut in thin slices • 1 egg • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp ground pepper Instructions: Mix everything together in a bowl and fill each dumpling wrapper with about 1 teaspoon of the filling.
