They're so easy to make, delicious and the macros are pretty good... around 450 cals and 24 grams of protein!! A couple tips I learned while testing this recipe: ・ use parchment or spray your foil with non stick spray to prevent the cheese from sticking ・warm/toast the chips before adding the shredded cheese ・make sure you layer your cheese and the meat mixture ・don't put too many toppings (or wet things) on top of the nachos! #nachos #gamedayrecipe #appetizer #easyrecipe #footballsnack #highproteinnachos
Cherry Cheesecake Protein Bowl
This CHERRY CHEESECAKE PROTEIN BOWL is the perfect high protein Valentine’s Day breakfast! 🍒🍫 Here’s how to make it: • 1 cup frozen pitted cherries, chopped if needed • 1 5.3 oz low sugar vanilla yogurt (I used Siggi’s) • ¼ cup cottage cheese • ½ tsp vanilla extract • ½ cup chocolate Catalina Crunch or other high protein cereal • ½ Tbsp low sugar chocolate chips • Drizzle of almond butter 1️⃣ Add cherries to a bowl and top with yogurt, cottage cheese and vanilla extract. Set in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the cherries thaw a bit. 2️⃣ Top with cereal, chocolate chips and almond butter.
