Alicia Kim on Instagram: "Fizzy Easter eggs! My daughter and I painted these eggs and it was so fun! This would keep little ones busy for awhile and they’ll get a kick out of the baking soda and vinegar reaction!

Simply add a tablespoon of baking soda to a muffin tin and add in water starting with a teaspoon until you get your desired “paint” consistency. Then mix in your food coloring and paint your hard boiled eggs! Once done simply pour over a little vinegar and watch the fun happen! Rinse with water and enjoy your beautiful eggs!

Studio 5 on Instagram: "These tie-dye Easter eggs are pretty, AND exciting to make! Here’s how to do it… Tie-Dye Easter Eggs SUPPLIES * Muffin tin for eggs * Muffin tin for paint (or small cups or bowls) * Paint brushes * Measuring spoon * Measuring cup, dropper, or small cups for drizzling vinegar * Hard boiled eggs * Baking soda * Water * Vinegar * Food coloring (gel makes for more vibrant eggs) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Hard boil eggs. 2. To make your “egg paint”, mix 1 tbsp baking soda, 1 tsp water at a time until desired consistency, and food coloring (don’t be afraid to go heavy on the drops, the more drops, the brighter your results!!) 3. Julia DiMaggio | making motherhood joyful on Instagram: "Didn’t expect much from these naturally dyed eggs because I honestly didn’t know what I was doing and just winged it. 😅 they ended up coming out gorgeous so here’s what I did if you want to try it out!

For the Cabbage: cut up a head of purple cabbage and cooked it down in a pot. May have added a little water. Make sure you keep the lid on so the juice doesn’t evaporate.

For spinach: same process. I added a little baking soda and vinegar. Idk what this did or that it even helped. Note: the spinach color was very light. Didn’t show up on my brown yard eggs but did show up a light green on lighter eggs.

For Turmeric: I dumped a large jar of turmeric in a pot and added water baking soda and vinegar. Sorry no measurements. I just pour Dyed Eggs, Baking Soda And Vinegar, Egg Dye, Purple Cabbage, Large Jar, I Am Done, Cut Up, Naturally Dyed, I Left
