As catchers, we have to use both, but I should choose my knees if possible. In my opinion, the reason I’m better on the knees is because I’m keeping my posture and getting to a scap load faster. If you watch my feet throws, you can see I pop up with my back bent over, meaning it’s taking longer to get vertical and release the ball. - Overall, pretty accurate throws once I started throwing to the bag.
