When I first started gardening, I didn’t prune my tomatoes at all.

Then I started to follow all the rules and pruned all the suckers. 

The first way resulted in just leaves.

The second resulted in just a few fruit. 

I figured out a better way-prune the leaves but leave the suckers. 

This meant all the energy goes to more fruit and each sucker will produce fruit with enough time. 

If you want BIGGER tomatoes, prune the suckers. 

But if you want MORE tomatoes, prune the leaves. 

After I figured this out, I get SOOO many tomatoes, and so can you! The key is to leave the suckers and prune the leafy branches.
