How is it diagnosed?
- Usually based on our physical exam and our clinical acumen. 
- You can be definitively diagnosed with a nasal swab 
- Or a chest x-ray may give us more clues. 

Red flags of more severe complications: 
- higher fever (or persistent fever)
- increased work of breathing or shortness of breath (nasal flaring, retractions) or rapid breathing
- dehydration
- refusing to eat or drink
- dizziness or neurologic symptoms
- significant chest pain or pain with deep breaths
- lethargy - or ongoing malaise lasting 3 to 5 days or more
