It’s like a sparkling strawberry limeade with a floral elderflower and minty twist. Here’s how to make it: 3-4 leaves fresh mint 3-4 small strawberries sliced 1 ounce lime juice 0.5 ounce elderflower syrup (store-bought or see below for homemade) 4 ounces sparkling water Extra lime slices and/or fresh mint (optional) Muddle mint, berries, lime juice, and elderflower syrup together in a glass. Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water. Gently stir, moving the spoon up and down to evenly distribute the flavor. Garnish with lime slices and mint, if using. Nadia Aidi on Instagram: "Milky Dirty Martini & Caviar 2.0🍸🫒 I know it sounds…weird…HOWEVER! however…it is delicious. The blue cheese in the shaker is what makes it look milky and adds a delicious lil funk in a fabulous way. Ingredients: * 4 oz vodka. * A splash sweet vermouth. * 2.5-3 oz olive brine * 6-8 castelvetrano olives. * 1/2 inch chunk blue cheese. * 2 tbsp + 1 tsp crème fraîche. * Caviar to taste. Directions: 1. Add a bit of the vermouth to your martini glass, swirl, discard (or save, don’t come for me lol). Place glass in the freezer for 15 min. 2. Mix the 2 tbsp creme fraiche with the blue cheese. Mash. Pipe your olives with as much as the mixture as your heart desires. 3. Fill a shaker with ice, add in vodka, olive brine and 1 tsp creme fraiche. 4. Shake for 60-90 sec.
