Garden Landscaping Project 174
This garden was running on a slope, which became extremely sharp at the far rear of the garden. We created a new three tier garden, to create new useable spaces within the space. We installed a lower seating area using Kandla grey sandstone paving. We also installed recessed steps opposite the patio doors, within the retaining wall, to allow access to the upper lawn area and shed base area. The retaining wall was constructed using pressure treated Tanatone brown railway sleepers.

I’m in no way an expert on landscaping, but I hope this reel will inspire others to do similar! STEPS: 1. Dig out borders, keeping remaining soil for filling 2. Level the ground using a mixture of sand and cement then lay the sleeper on top 3.
