This listing is for 40 paper beads. These large hole recycled paper beads are great for jewelry making, art or craft projects and much more! They measure approximately 1/2 inch in length with a bead hole of 1/8 inch. Due to their size they do pose a choking hazard and are not intended for young children. These beads are not totally waterproof because they are made from paper. But they are amazingly strong and durable because they are coated with a clear coat spray. They would be ok in a light rainstorm but should not be submerged in water.
