Dehydrate Frozen Mixed Vegetables for Pantry Storage
1. Place frozen mixed vegetables onto dehydrator trays - no need to thaw first. (Use about one 12-ounce bag per tray.) 2. Set your dehydrator temperature to 145 degrees Fahrenheit and run for 2 hours, then turn down to 125 degrees F. 3.
