Unusual christmas tree skirts

This "Bit of Bling" skirt is a small size for an artificial table top tree. Needless to say, it's all about poinsettas! (and sort of has the general appearance of one) Skirt measures 39 1/2" in diameter from tip of fringe to opposite tip of fringe across the large panels. Center hole is 3 1/2" in diameter.
