预处理SkipCdn缺少cloudflare waf的检测，只检测ip是否是cdn #156

cloudflare的waf扫描会导致端口全开，和cdn ip的一样没有价值，可以参考ip：

172.65.235.9
172.65.203.30
172.65.193.105
172.65.254.145

这些ip使用https://github.com/projectdiscovery/cdncheck 提供的库进行判断，结果如下：

172.65.235.9 is not a CDN
172.65.235.9 is not a Cloud
172.65.235.9 WAF is cloudflare

建议在SkipCdn模块进行判断并排除cloudflare的waf类型
