7.2.0 hangs in the testsuite spinning CPU 100% on all powerpc archs #464

starting with 7.2.0, testsuite hangs on chimera linux's ppc/ppc64/ppc64le builders, on this command:

ugrep --color=always --sort -J1 -ci hello Hello.bat Hello.class Hello.java Hello.pdf Hello.sh Hello.txt empty.txt emptyline.txt

it would seem the suite gets stuck in a loop, with 100% CPU load

i will investigate further later, but for now reverting to previous version fixes the problem

the regression is commit 05b9b93

ce61666 is last good

specifically, reverting the matcher.cpp bit makes it work again

This is the same problem as #463. I noticed the same when SIMD is not available and it is cause by the same problem. The fix is already in place.

I am running hours of testing to make sure the non-SIMD ugrep version works now.
