The GEOS-IT data is now complete, and is available on the CSS disk on Discover.

The official version of this data has a new directory and filename structure, so the LIS metforcing reader needs to be updated.

The location of the GEOS-IT data on the CSS disk is:
    /css/gmao/geos-it/products

Resolves: NASA-LIS#1521
